The court has sealed the cancellation of the contract for the construction of HPPs Bigas 1, 2 and Veleshnje on the Osum river.
The Administrative Court of the First Instance rejected the request of the company ‘HP Bigas-Veleshnje Energy’, which contested the decision of the Ministry of Energy to cancel the concession permit for two hydropower plants that threatened the canyons of Osum.
