Environmental experts and engineers say that the hydropower plants planned to be built in Osum will cause damage to the area’s biodiversity and touristic values.
“In the case of Osum, it is about 3 consecutive hydropower plants. Amplification and magnification of the small footprints of these HPPs will cause the damage to be greater” – said O. Nika from EcoAlbania, invited to an interview by Klan Plus Television
