TIRANA – The protection of Vjosa as the “Last Wild River” was today the headline of the activity in the capital called Vjosa Day. The activity was developed in support and promotion of the Vjosa valley with its branches such as Lengarica & Bënca.
Present at this activity, the chairman of Ecoalbania Aleko Miho said that Vjosa should definitely be protected and declared a protected river area. The deputy of the area, Arta Dade, said that the Prime Minister together with the Government Cabinet intend to keep the values of Vjosa intact.
The entire activity was designed to bring to the capital everything related to Vjosa, starting from food, handicrafts and the waves and songs of the south.
