The Vjosa Story

Wild life, natural river, variety of species, simple and loving people, exploring the river valley, sleeping under the stars, kayaking in crystal clear water and clear messages why we must fight for the protection of rivers…“The Vjosa Story” brings the history of the Vjosa river seen from a different perspective and aims to increase civic awareness as well as appeal to society and decision-makers to protect the last “wild” river in Europe. This documentary was made in the framework of the campaign “Saving the blue heart of Europe” in cooperation with Leeway Collective.
