Environmental Education on Waste Management in Selenica

In Selenica, with the students of the sixth and seventh grade of the 9-year-old school "Todi Koçeli", we discussed in an open lesson, on the topic of "Waste Management". Together with the students, we talked about the causes of waste, the impacts on the environment and health, as well as ways to prevent them. The students also presented us with the current problems that the Municipality of Selenica is experiencing, such as: the many wastes thrown everywhere or the lack of drinking water. Divided into groups, they presented to the class and the teachers some posters prepared by themselves.
