CONNECTA is a cross-border initiative that strengthens ecological connectivity across the Polis-Valamarë-Rungajë-Moravë-Gramoz Connectivity Conservation Area in Albania and the transboundary Aoós/Vjosa river basin shared with Greece. By combining science, conservation action, stakeholder collaboration, and community engagement, the project works to safeguard biodiversity, enhance ecosystem resilience, and promote sustainable development for both nature and people.
